Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Simply knowing that my son Xander is alive and healthy and I have done my part in keeping him that way is reward enough, for now. He is just 2 months old and I know I have so much more to look forward to.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I will never ever forget Xander being born. It was the scariest day of my life and everything seemed to go wrong that could go on during childbirth. Through everything, I kept my faith, and when I first laid eyes on him I knew he was worth all the pain and tears in the world.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would secure most childcare expenses at a facility that I know and trust, as I am a working mom.
