What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom would be watching your child grow, and develop into their self. Truly, it is most rewarding when you notice the time and effort into the words, and actions you do in your day to day life that your child watches and applies to their day to day as well.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Going home. Leon is two years old and has faced a wide array of medical treatments. We stayed at UW Children’s hospital of Madison, Wi for around three months. He underwent many open head surgeries, and faced PTSD to follow. It was BRUTAL, but going home and seeing Leon light up at the sight of his cats, and his own bedroom. It made me so grateful for everything we have, and offer to Leon.

What would you do with $20,000?

Personally, with the $20,000 my idea would be to save some for a down payment for a house so we can focus on building a foundation of our own. But, I also would like to take some and put it into a high yield savings account so Leon can be set for his future battling his medical conditions and hopefully set him up for success!
