Mrs. make it happen! I'm sure many women can say that but as a single mother of four children it is a real struggle. However, I get it done.

Being a mom comes with countless challenges. It's not just teaching a child to read, write, speak, and walk—it's about raising good human beings. As a mom, I’ve faced my own childhood traumas. Raising four children with different fathers as a single mom, while navigating my own trauma is tough. I worry if I’ve truly healed or if I’m unknowingly repeating cycles. The most rewarding part, though, is watching my child grow into a confident person, shaped by the morals and lessons I’ve taught them.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? My children and I, ages 13, 10, 5, and 3, were playing Uno. The 5-year-old caught on quickly, while we helped the 3-year-old through the game. There was a lot of back-and-forth between the older two, as I was familiar with the original version, while newer versions were being used. The game was chaotic, but in the end, the 3-year-old called "Uno" and won! Everyone was shocked because, despite the confusion, she had truly won!
What would you do with $20,000?If I suddenly had $20,000, I’d probably have a panic attack first—then I’d seek financial guidance to make that money work for me. The ultimate goal? Multiply it through my business or foundation. Something my kids can look at and say, “Mom, you did that!” I want them to have better opportunities despite the odds against them, and to see me as more than just a struggling, single mom, so they can go into the world with confidence and become successful—rather than adding to the statistic pile.
