The pain of recent life changes have made things difficult for me and my girls, but the love and guidance of God carry us every day.
You decide who will appear in Woman's World magazine, enjoy a weekend getaway in Napa, and take home $20,000
Wow. What a difficult question. Getting to relive childhood, but this time, with my own children. I’ve been “looking through a child’s eyes” again for 3 years now and oh the things I have relearned… slowing down and really being with my children hurts society but helps and heals my family.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? My oldest daughter joined me as I birthed her sister. I had a VERY difficult and scary pregnancy. We almost lost my second a few times. Especially at birth. Once baby girl was stabilized and we knew she was safe, my toddler gave the most love-filled and gentle hug telling her softly, “hi. I’m so glad you’re here.” (Replacing every R with a W). Sure. I guess 1:50 on a Sunday afternoon is a fine time to SOB. Thank you.
What would you do with $20,000?Not the answer you’re looking for probably… nothing fun or exciting, but it’s honest. I have medical bills and student loans that have nearly swallowed us. I have been working so hard to earn money while staying with my babies as much as possible. I work for a company remotely and I host some local kids for a pre-school prep program. I’d use the money to try and dig us out of this hole… to help us live more comfortably. This society doesn’t allow mothers any grace. I’ll die on this hill.
