Originally a mom of 3 I lost my middle child and despite the grief I feel daily I still get up and give my kids the world so they’re happy
We would like to thank you for supporting Jessica donofrio in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
When you’re down on yourself and you think “gosh I’m the worst mom, I’m failing them”,but you still get compliments on how your children behave and treat others. Your children are a reflection of you and knowing you’re raising them right is the biggest reward.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?I accidentally locked the keys in the house one time and my son was a baby and my daughter a toddler. I had to lower my daughter down our basement window so she could get in the house and unlock the door. She was so scared but when I talked her through it she felt like it was an adventure and she was so proud that she “Saved the day”. Little does she know has saved every day since she was born.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest in my kids college trust funds so they can get a jump start to success. More importantly I would be able to start working on buying our forever home to secure the rest of their childhood with a safe and loving environment that I’ve been proving them as much as I can.
