We would like to thank you for supporting Jessica Curtis in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching them grow and learn. It always surprises me when I hear them say something that we’ve taught them or even things that they learn at school. Our household is based strongly on biblical principles and there are times they will remember something we’ve talked about or even remind me to pray.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

There are so so many things about my children that I pray I never forget. I want to go with something sappy here but I’ll give a funny memory instead. When my (now) husband and I first started dating. I think we actually had only been on one date, we were talking on FaceTime and my oldest daughter walks up and starts questioning him. And then out of absolutely nowhere says “Will you be my stepdad?”

What would you do with $20,000?

There are so many things that $20,000 could go toward. From paying off the last bit of my credit card, to helping with the home repairs in our (new to us) 80 year old farm house, to getting my garden, canning, and chickens officially started.
