I am a mother of 2 vivacious teenagers. I am the provider, protector, therapist, counselor, doctor, cheerleader, disciplinarian, and friend.
You decide who will appear in Woman's World magazine, enjoy a weekend getaway in Napa, and take home $20,000
The most rewarding part of being a mom is that I get to see my babies blossom. I get to experience life through them. I was 17 when I become a mom and I wouldn’t change that because although they matured me, they keep me young at heart.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?Neither one of my children cried after I gave birth. 25 hours of a natural birth with my son and he came out sleep. 2 hours or natural birth with my daughter and she came out mean mugging the doctor with one eye open and the other closed. I knew then my children would be something else and it holds true at 16 and 14 years old.
What would you do with $20,000?The first thing I would do is give back to the Church. God has saved my life many times, secondly, give my children a much needed vacation. We’ve endured so much loss over the years and more recently their dad had a mental break and left us to find himself. Lastly, my son has prom next year and I can use the help to jumpstart the savings towards a pivotal moment in his life!
