I’ve been a single mom to my daughter since she was one-year-old. She is now nine years old. She is the light of my life and my motivation.

My daughter is my motivation and my “why”. Seeing her grow each day and seeing her loving school and loving her friendships and loving her activities is so rewarding and makes me feel like I’m doing something right.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?After my second breast cancer related surgery, my daughter wanted to sleep on the floor in my bedroom and was constantly checking on me throughout the night making sure that I was OK. It just reiterated what a compassionate and loving little human she truly is and how blessed I am to have her.
What would you do with $20,000?I would take Penelope on a trip to Her Favorite Place…. Disneyland, and I would put the rest away for her college fund!
