I’m 23 years old, I work full time as a tech on Gero Psych, on top of being a full time college student. Hopefully I’ll be an RN in 2028!
We would like to thank you for supporting Jami Watson in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The worst rewarding part of being a mom is that you can be a better mom than your mother was. My mom had me at 16, and she was an addict. My mom is clean now and an amazing grandma. However I’ve learned how to be the mother I’ve always desired to my daughter. Watching her grow and become her own person is amazing. Watching her be happy and learn is so rewarding. Being a mom in general is rewarding.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? The moment I’ll never forget, her father brought me a coffee at work and she was so happy to see me of course I had to go back to work and she cried saying “I want my mommy!” That was the sweetest moment of my life.
What would you do with $20,000?If I got 20,000 I would put it in my daughter’s savings account. I want her to have a way better future than me. As I’m in college, working full time and hopefully I’ll be an RN. I want her to have a head start in life.
