Single Mama by tragedy. My son’s father passed 2 days after I conceived. Although life is tough at times, I have to stay strong for our boy!

The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my son grow into his own beautiful personality. He reminds me so much of his father, who we lost too soon, and while it’s bittersweet, it’s also the greatest privilege of my life to witness pieces of him live on through our boy.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?One memory I’ll never forget is putting together my son Roman’s blue car. As a single mom, I take on everything — but I’ve got my little buddy by my side. He grabbed his toy tools, “helped” me build it, and the next day we strolled around town with him beeping the horn, waving at dogs, and shouting “beep beep!” It was one of those simple, perfect moments I’ll hold onto forever.
What would you do with $20,000?If I had $20,000, I’d use it to create a better, more stable life for my son and me. We currently live in an apartment. Therefore, I would build a cozy, safe home, in NH (close to where my son’s paternal side resides). I’d also love to start a small side business to create extra income and show my son the importance of chasing your dreams, no matter what life throws your way.
