What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is seeing my kids thrive in their own unique ways. Watching my autistic son overcome challenges and light up with joy, and seeing my spunky daughter take on the world with fire and confidence! It makes every sleepless night and long day worth it. I’m their safe space, their biggest fan, and their forever home. That kind of love, their love, is everything!

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory I’ll never forget is the first time my autistic son said “Mom” without being prompted. It was soft, unexpected, and in that moment, every bit of stress I carried melted away. And my daughter, she asks me every single day, “Mom, are you okay?” It gets me every time, because it shows just how much she sees me, even when I’m holding it all together for everyone else. Moments like that stay with you forever.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won $20,000, I’d use it as a down payment for a home, a place that’s truly ours. Somewhere my kids can grow, feel safe, and be completely themselves. A space filled with love, laughter, and the kind of peace we’ve all been working so hard for.
