What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is seeing your child grow, learn, and develop their own personality. The little moments—hearing their laughter, receiving an unprompted hug, or watching them accomplish something new—make all the challenges worth it. Knowing that you are their safe space, their biggest influence, and their source of unconditional love creates an unmatched sense of purpose and fulfillment. It’s a love that deepens every day in ways you never expected.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

The first time my son said, “I love you,” my heart melted. I had whispered those words to him countless times, hoping one day he’d say them back. When he was finally old enough, he hugged me, kissed me, and spoke those precious words. Tears filled my eyes—it was a moment of pure, unconditional love. Every sacrifice, every long night, every challenge faded away in that instant. It was the most beautiful reminder of the bond we share.

What would you do with $20,000?

As a single mom, I’d use $20,000 wisely. First, I’d build an emergency fund for stability. If I have high-interest debt, I’d pay it down to free up future income. I’d invest in a Roth IRA or index funds for long-term growth. A portion would go toward launching my dream business securing my future. Lastly, I’d set aside a little for self-care or a special experience because a refreshed mind makes me a better mom.
