I became a mother at a 18 and was able to push through and raise my baby while finishing my bachelors degree and working all at once.
We would like to thank you for supporting Jadeith Hessbrook in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Seeing the smile on my son’s face every day and him asking me for help and saying he loves me. He knows I am always here for him and to be dependent on tells me I am doing something special and right by him.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? When I finished college it was bittersweet because it was a difficult journey for me to complete. I had my son my freshman year and was able to still graduated and he was a little over 3 years old. After walking the stage and meeting my family outside the arena, my son said “Mommy I am so proud of you” and that will forever be with me even through my doubt and hard days.
What would you do with $20,000?I would immediately take care of some debt that I have not only from students loans but from other loans and cards I have to pay off. It has been very difficult to give myself and my son a good life when I cant afford a lot of things. I would not only do this to get myself back on track financially, but also look into getting a vehicle to be able to take my son place before he starts school and such so I can be more of an independent mother and person. He deserves the world.
