Growing up in a broken home where my mother didn’t choose me.. I was able to heal the broken girl while learning to love my 2 incredible boys! I got to choose THEM! Watching them explore life for the first time with whimsy in their eyes has single-handedly taught me to slow down and experience it all again for the first time with them! And I’m doing it all while working, rescuing and caring for animals along the way 💓
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?My toddler, Alex, is a savant! He is hyperlexic 1 and 2 which means he masters letters and numbers! We often play outside with chalk for the endless canvas and creative possibilities. That brilliant little boy wrote 1-100,000,000,000,000 with me all while identifying each number.. and then told me what it was divided by 2! All while my sweet chunker of a baby, Ben, is giggling away at his brother’s mathematical genius artwork in the driveway.
What would you do with $20,000?I’ve had dreams of building my children a play area they could grow into. I would finish renovating my basement into a full playroom with rock wall and crash pad, gaming corner and art section for my two boys to have endless fun in their own space! They deserve it 🩷
