The strength and courage it takes to not give up on life or my children, no matter what obstacles I face. Grateful to God for keeping us!
We would like to thank you for supporting Iesha Taylor in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Being able to have a fulfillment in my heart to see the enormous smiles my children have when I’m able to make a way when there didn’t seem like much of a way was possible. The joy of their happiness shines so bright, from that, my heart is joyed. All while being a single mom on one income with not much of a support system. Through it all, I give all the praise to God because he kept us safe, and provided those ways to have things happen when I didn’t see them. His favor and grace was sufficien.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? The memory of the day we tapped my daughter out of Basic Military Training. Never have left home before or been separated, that time apart was devastating for us all but the finish result was amazing. When we were reunited afree 7 1/2 weeks, it was a feeling I could never forget. We missed each other so much. It was sad yet so rewarding as a family to share.
What would you do with $20,000?I would take my children on an unforgettable family trip outside the country. Taking my mom because she’s huge in our family. One, to give them that experience and Two, we can create forever memories together. And whatever is left I would give some in charity to people in need and pay off one of my credit card debts to free some financial burden.
