A super mom, I'm raising my 9-year-old daughter alone. We share everything; meals, travels, activities and cherish our special bond.
We would like to thank you for supporting Iesha in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most rewarding thing about being a mom is the deep bond I share with my 9-year-old daughter. Despite the challenges of raising her as a single mom with her dad living abroad, seeing her happy and watching her grow into a kind, thoughtful person brings me immense joy. I cherish every moment we spend together—whether it's laughing, playing, or simply talking about our days over dinner. Her happiness is my happiness, and that connection is the greatest gift I could have asked for.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? One memory of my daughter that I will never forget is the day she met her older half-brother for the first time. The pure joy on her face was unforgettable. She hugged him tightly and wouldn't let go, tears of happiness streaming down her face. Watching her experience such a deep connection with him was incredibly moving. It was a moment of pure love and emotion, one that I'll cherish forever.
What would you do with $20,000?If I won $20,000, I would add it to my homeownership savings. While my daughter is happy in our condo, she often talks about wanting a house with a backyard and her own bathroom. This money would bring me closer to making that dream a reality and creating a space where she can truly feel at home. It would mean so much to me to give her the kind of home she’s always dreamt of.
