What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The best most rewarding part about being a mother is the unconditional love that I get to experience with my daughter. Witnessing my daughter grow, bloom, and develop into who she is meant to be in this world brings an entire new meaning to my life. Helping to guide her and mold her, while she equally does the same for me, is not something I could ever put into words. Just as much she needs me - I need her. The love I feel as a mother is one that I never thought that I needed.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

My daughter has had an imaginary friend, Joey, since she could talk. Hazel (age 7) includes Joey in all of our outings. One day, while we were at the trampoline park, she informed me that Joey was actually paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Hazel politely asked me if Joey could ride down the zip line with her into the foam pit. I gladly confirmed he could, so when they were putting the harness on Hazel, she requested that they help strap Joey to her so that he could have fun too, without get hurt.

What would you do with $20,000?

This year I made the decision to go back to school full time while still working full time to help better my career. A week prior to me starting school, I learned of an affair that my spouse was having with his coworker. This year, I have completed school on the deans list, left a relationship with only $12 to my name and moved from my beautiful home into a tiny apartment. I had to heal her heart and mine and she has been a trooper. I'd get a new car, catch up on bills and take her on vacation!
