The most rewarding is everything. My first was a chemical in October 2012 so I did not get to experience much. It was over before it truly began. We welcomed our first bundle of joy 3/5/2025. I will remember and cherish it all. Every sleepless night is just more time I get to enjoy him.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? The one memory so far (my first is 2 weeks old today) is that I thought I was pregnant w/a girl. I had a name picked out since I was 16 (I'm 35 now). My husband even liked the name. I woke up on a Thursday morning to read the genetic testing before my husband left for work. I was so shocked to see we were having a boy. My husband was very excited considering he already had his daughter 13 years before. I'm so thankful for the little guy. I would do anything for him.
What would you do with $20,000?There are several things we would like to do. College fund/the start of adulting fund (could be used for a down-payment for a house or to get into an appointment) for our son and step-daughter, pay off hospital bills from having our son, down-payment for a bigger home for us as we need more room now or to take more time off work to enjoy him for a bit longer. Unfortunately, $20,000 wouldn't keep me from working but it would help us get him though his first 6 months before returning to work.
