What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part about being a mom is hearing my 4 year old tell me I’m “the best” for little things. When my son is sleeping, looking at the innocence in his face brings me joy. Everyday I pick my son up from school he shows me that he’s smarter than the day before. Lastly, seeing that my son loves me by never wanting to leave me for too long.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

The best moments with my kid is driving around looking at the Christmas lights when he was about 2 years old. I have always been infatuated with decorations myself, but not Ashton! As we drove around I’m saying “ooo, ahh, pretty huh, those look nice, you see em’, you like those” meanwhile he’s mocking me “ooo yeah, you see em”. It intrigued me that it was every house that didn’t have too much over the top decorations that he seemed to like. I asked and he told me he only liked them cause I did.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I were to get $20,000, I would use $5,000 to pay off more of my school debt and also take some principle off my car note. Then, I would also put $5,000 up in my savings to continue investing in owning a home soon. My plan is to secure my son’s future along with mine. Whatever I have l, my son will also. The last $5,000 would be to those who looked out for me throughout my life. My family has been so supportive of my son and I. We are grateful for this opportunity!!!!
