I’m a super mom because I love, guide, and support my 13-year-old daughter, giving her strength, wisdom, and a safe space to grow.
We would like to thank you for supporting Glaiza in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my daughter grow into her own person. Seeing her discover her strengths, develop her confidence, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience fills my heart with so much joy. It’s in the little moments, the deep conversations, the laughter we share, and the times she looks to me for guidance that I realize the incredible privilege of being her mom. Knowing that I play a part in shaping the woman she’s becoming is the greatest reward of all.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? One memory I’ll never forget is when I had to figure out everything on my own, not realizing I could ask for help. I was overwhelmed, believing that being a strong mom meant doing it all alone. Looking back, I see how much I struggled in silence when support was available. I just didn’t know how to reach for it. That experience taught me that motherhood isn’t meant to be done alone, and it’s okay to lean on others. It was a tough time, but it shaped me into the mom I am today.
What would you do with $20,000?If I won $20,000, I’d invest in my daughter’s future, setting aside a portion for her education or personal growth. I’d also use it to create meaningful experiences together, strengthening our bond. Lastly, I’d give back to causes that support women and children in need. For me, it’s not just about the money, it’s about making a lasting impact on my family and community.
