I’m a dedicated mom who balances a full-time job, grad school, family, and a baking business—all while giving my son love and support!
We would like to thank you for supporting Gina Barnard in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most rewarding part of being a mom is the deep, unconditional love and connection shared with my child. Watching my son grow, learn, and develop his own personality fills me with immense pride and joy. Every milestone reminds me of the profound impact I have on his life. The little moments, like bedtime snuggles, heartfelt laughter, and his trust in me, make all the challenges worthwhile. Knowing that I am shaping a kind, capable, and loving person is the greatest reward of all.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? One memory I’ll never forget is the year I got my son a Groot Halloween costume. He was obsessed with Groot, always mimicking his moves and saying, “I am Groot.” When I surprised him with the costume, his face lit up with pure joy. On Halloween, he proudly marched from house to house, fully embracing his character. Seeing his excitement and confidence was priceless—a perfect reminder of the magic of childhood.
What would you do with $20,000?If I had $20,000, I would take my family on a dream trip to Disney or a Marvel-themed cruise—something we haven’t done yet but would love to experience. Seeing my son’s excitement as he meets his favorite characters and immerses himself in the magic would be priceless. I’d also set aside a portion for home improvements or savings to ensure we’re planning for the future while still making unforgettable memories.
