For 3 years, I’ve balanced work and home, built my independence, and that’s what makes me a true super mom.
We would like to thank you for supporting Genavieve mcgill-gonzales in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Being a super mom is rewarding because it means showing up every day with love, strength, and determination—juggling responsibilities, overcoming challenges, and still making time for smiles, hugs, and bedtime stories. It’s knowing that all the hard work, sacrifices, and late nights are building a better future and setting an example of resilience and independence for your children.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? One of my favorite memories with my daughter is when she wanted to kiss me 100 times—literally! Every time I tried to stop, she’d scream, cry, and insist on more. It was the sweetest, most overwhelming show of love, and I couldn’t help but laugh through the chaos. Moments like that remind me just how deep and pure a child’s love can be.
What would you do with $20,000?If I won $20,000, I’d put it toward a first home for my daughter and me. It would mean the world to finally have a place of our own—a safe, loving space where we can grow, create memories, and build our future. After working so hard, having our own home would be a dream come true and a huge step toward stability and independence. It wouldn’t just be a house—it would be our fresh start.
