What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Every single day is rewarding and a gift from God. When I got divorced and became a full time single mom when my son was 10 months old I had to go back to work full time, away from him 9-11 hours a day - heartbreaking. This month I moved to a fully remote position, a month before his 2nd birthday. I will never take a moment with him for granted. It is SO rewarding to see the growth, the teachings become practice..most recently I’m in awe of watching him eat out at our favorite Mexican restaurant

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I hope to cherish every moment..do I need to bring back scrapbooking?! I think YES. This last Christmas was so incredibly special, to be in a safe home surrounded by our loved ones, we are currently staying with my parents and grandma. He tore through every wrapping with the biggest WOW expression. To see him explore and play and say “Taaank yeeew mama” was the most special time of my life. Recently I melted when I noticed he is starting to follow the expressions of his papa, we're blessed

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 would be life changing for me right now. Taking this remote job position to be home more and closer to my son, I took a HUGE pay cut, we are so blessed to be staying with my parents during this time and I was able to, but with the $20,000 I will be able to pay off my $10,000 in credit card and medical debt (yes almost 2 years later I am still paying off his birth) and I would finally be free from collections. $5,000 I would start my sons savings account, then find our own home
