Surviving childhood abuse, neglect, abandonment, aging out of foster care alone, homelessness, to now raising 6 children from foster care.
You decide who will appear in Woman's World magazine, enjoy a weekend getaway in Napa, and take home $20,000
I have been a foster and adoptive mom for 12 years and have cared for over 30 kids. I am breaking generational barriers across multiple family bloodlines and that’s what keeps me going. Allowing my children to know that God is where they need to place their hope because He is the only thing they won’t ever change in their lives. What a privilege it is to model this for my children. Both the adopted ones and the ones still in foster care will know they can overcome anything as a result of this!
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? The day my first kid called me mom took my breath away. They called me Ms. Gay Brielle for almost a year before this happened. That’s when I knew I had changed the definition of being a mom to that kid.
What would you do with $20,000?Our car is only its extremely last leg. It’s a 2014 Honda minivan with 165 thousand miles. It’s showing me that the end is near and this would be a huge blessing to afford a newer used vehicle with lower miles. If there are funds available after that I have yet to take all my children in a vacation together. So, that would be a big priority as a family. Lastly, I would pay for some extracurricular activities that I have been able to fit in our family budget. They want to be in dance lessons.
Help Gay Brielle Crawford become the next Super Mom while also helping support Children's Miracle Network in their commitment to save the lives of as many children as possible.
