What’s rewarding about being a mom is on my worst days, when Im feeling low, I am reminded that I am loved, needed, and wanted. My daughters smiles and hugs cast away all of my glooms, instantly I’m at ease.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory I will never forget is when my oldest daughter, who is 7 now, told me it’s okay to not be perfect. Every school day we wake up I make her breakfast, help her get dressed and do her hair. But when it comes to her hair she’s not really a big fan of getting it done, however she’ll stick it out and wait till I’m finished. Well, this one day I was trying to sleek back every little hair and she got up and told me “Mom! My hair doesn’t have to be perfect. I’m perfect just the way I am.”

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000 I would use for a down payment on a house to give my family a spacious home. I currently reside in a 2 bedroom basement that’s considered a bachelor pad. There’s just not enough room anymore after having an 2nd daughter who is 2. At some point I am going to be moving out and that money would really be a blessing for our forever home. In 2023 I was also going through a hard time after have my baby. The car I had got repossessed and i felt defeated. So I would invest in car as well.
