I am raising my two girls by myself, going to school full-time for my Bachelors at Benedict College, and working full time at Marshall’s.
We would like to thank you for supporting Erika Williams in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
The most rewarding part of being a mom is knowing that I am making the sacrifices so I can give them a chance in this world! This hard work is not for nothing! I want them to have a chance in this world! The love, hugs, and kisses are a bonus! I want my girls to be part of the love in this world! We have enough hatred! That’s why I named them Harmony and Melody! They will bring love and peace to this world! I guarantee it!
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? One memory I will never forget is, one year (2023) I couldn’t afford to get the Christmas gifts they wanted. Me and their dad had a horrible break up and he refused to help with the gifts. I always told my kids Santa brought the gifts, so I can keep them innocent. As they opened the small gifts I could afford, I silently cried because I knew that’s not what they wanted. However, my oldest (Harmony) came and whispered in my ear “mommy it’s okay thank you, you’re the best mommy ever”
