I show my girls you can still be positive in every situation and I can still do most things by having an ostomy bag.

Seeing my children showing kindness and strength. Seeing my children play well with others and watch how they love and aspire to be and do better. When they show kindness to others it makes me extremely proud to be their mom.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?When I was in the hospital for my cancer and my crohns flare. My oldest daughter grabbed my hand and tried pulling me out of the bed telling me to come home with her while my youngest held me. Broke I had strength to go home and get better because of them.
What would you do with $20,000?They missed months without me home while I was hospitalized. I would take them on an inexpensive trip just to spend lost quality time with them. I would also start a fundraiser for children who are affected by chronically ill parents or parents who have cancer. I would also pay off mass medical bills and debt that accumulated while I was sick so that my kids won’t have to worry about taking on that burden someday.
