Rewarding but also heartbreaking…watching my children turn into adults.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

We adopted our son in 2015 from Hungary. My husband, daughter and I were able to have our (future) son with us during the 2nd week. Our son could not speak English. We did not speak Hungarian. We were in a small town and walked everywhere, did not have a tv but found the one radio station we could get constantly played “Sugar” by Maroon 5. He loved it so, it became our song. My daughter helped him learn the words so his first discernible English was “Sugar, you’re sweet!” He sang everywhere!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use some of the $20,000 for bills, put money in both children’s bank account and/or investments, send family some money to assist them and have a cook out!
