We would like to thank you for supporting Elizabeth DiCola in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

My daughter is 22 years old now & watching her achieve her goals & seeing her realize her dreams after putting in the hard work makes me super proud & excited for her future! I see a lot of myself in her at that age, she watched me never give up and to pull through any situation no matter what! We lost her father, my husband when she was 6 years old. She had just graduated kindergarten & a month later he passed away at 32. We never had it easy but together we’ve had it all 🤍

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I remember going to all the travel softball tournaments & cheer competitions! I loved watching my girl in action doing what she loved! Her being an artist too, being invited to view her specially selected art work at school for the school districts open houses. Everything she does amazes me, sometimes I can’t believe how special she is! Incredible young woman, I’m blessed to take any credit in what an incredible human she is! I thank God everyday for blessing me with such a wonderful daughter!

What would you do with $20,000?

Save it for a rainy day or use it as a down payment on my first home since her father passed away in 2009. I was so young when he passed I couldn’t afford to keep our home & lost it to foreclosure eventually after the housing crisis of 2008 & he passed in 2009 I was in way too deep but I’m finally tired of renting, I’d love to leave her a little property with a humble home on it someday. We love horses, it’s a dream to have them on our own private property & I will make it happen no matter what!
