Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding thing is when my children come up to me and say, “Mom/Mommy I love you!” This brightens my day and can bring out of the worse places mentally. Also, it is rewarding when I am able to teach my children new life skills and watch them apply it in their day to day lives. Lastly, hearing my children laugh immediately brings a smile to my face.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Obviously childbirth! It’s the most painful but yet rewarding thing I have ever experienced. Another is the first time I took my children to Disney world and brought them to see all their favorite characters and have their pictures autographed. Watching the joy in their eyes made every dollar spent totally worth it! Also, the first time we went on a cruise, my son is a total foodie and loved trying all the foods. My daughter likes to shop (like momma) and loved the culturally diverse shops!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would like to save the money in hopes of buying a new home in the future. We are quickly outgrowing our starter home. Also, I would put some aside to help purchase my son his first car! It’s scary but he is getting close to driving. Yikes! 😳
