Getting to be the mom I didn’t have. Healing my inner child while also ending generational trauma with my parenting. My ability to show my emotions healthily. Seeing how smart, curious, & strong my daughter is. The look on her face when she’s happy & satisfied with something. Hearing her say she loves me. Her hugs, her kisses, & her cuddles. Hearing her repeat the affirmations I pour into her. Her showing me how much of a great mother I am by how much she loves me.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? My daughter was born not breathing. Due to me having a hard time pushing and literally having to deliver her mid shift change, it was really hard. By the time I finally pushed her out, she wasn’t breathing at all. It felt like the longest 3 minutes of my life while they were resuscitating my baby. When they got her breathing again, she was so strong, trying to fight the nurses and drs away from her. I had never seen anything like it, I knew from that point on she would be athletic and bold.
What would you do with $20,000?I would get a used car, probably a Toyota or a Honda & get everything covered. Because I’m tired of riding the bus with my child. I would move and pay 1.5 years worth of rent. My current apartment has black mold and because times are hard I don’t have the money to move. I would put 3,333 in a savings for my child because she turns 3. I would buy decorations for my place & start up my T-shirt meme & famous quotes business. I would also give 500 each to my mom, my sister, & my little cousins.
