What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?I'll never forget the day I found out the sex of my son. I always said: "If God wants to bless and trust me with a child that will be His will. June 16th, 2021. I found out he was going to be my future Prince and it was so sweet. I wanted a private moment for myself. I walked to my car and I turned it on. And my Bluetooth connected and started playing: "This Will be Everlasting Love" by Natalie Cole. And I knew from that moment on it was God who blessed me.
What would you do with $20,000?Twenty thousand dollars isn’t a windfall, it’s a tool. I sold my car, my lifeline, to keep my son and me fed. Real estate school, a gamble, but I see opportunity. School’s a battle, late nights, early mornings, but I’m learning. It’s not just numbers; it’s turning wrecks into homes. First semester, I surprised myself. The college noticed, and received aid, enough to breathe. Twenty thousand? A fixer-upper. I’d get my hands dirty, teach my son. It’s real work, honest work. I’m building a future!
