What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part about being a mom is seeing my children meet their milestones! I love watching their faces light up when they learn to do something new. They have big personalities for being tiny humans.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory I’ll never forget is bringing my daughter to Florida for her Make-A-Wish wish. Her entire life she has been battling cystic fibrosis, a genetic disease that affects the lungs and digestive tract, and for an entire week she said she got to feel special and not because she has a disease. We were treated like royalty by everyone. I will never forget the way her face lit up when she met the Disney princesses at dinner.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would put the money toward a place for me and my children to call home. I work only part time so that I’m able to go to college to get a better career and still be able to take care of my children and all of their medical needs. The three of us have been staying at my parent’s house, with most of our stuffed packed away in the basement. I absolutely love my parent’s and so do my children but we need our own space.
