Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Seeing a smile on my children’s face & the love in their eyes when they look at me. Being able to cherish the moments & memories with them everyday. I didn’t grow up with my biological mom she left when I was 3 years old. Being able to show up daily & give my kids everything I never had means the world to me (being present). I’m healing through my children, & whenever I have a moment with them I wish I had is bittersweet cause I’m so happy I’m able to experience it. How can someone not be there

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

One memory with my kids I will never forget is when we had to move homes. They knew we were moving but never seen it. So the day I got the keys I took them later that day to see our new home. I will never forget how excited yet filled with mixed emotions they were, we all were. Being a single mom and able to accomplish moments like this is so heart warming. Home is not a place, it’s the people you feel at home with.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would get a new vehicle for me and my daughters and also get my nana and tata one. My grandparents helped raise me, and they help with me and daughters. They pick them up after school. I would pay off my debt and get finds things to invest in to make more money to keep income coming. Life has always been check to check and the less stressed a parent is the happier you can be. I would also save for college and both of my daughter’s future.
