Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

No matter what I’m going through, my babies never know that. Seeing them feel my positivity and smile from just the little things I’m able to do brings a huge warmth to my heart. I can’t wait to really be able to prosper with them and show them what life has to offer them!

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Being my babies are only 2&3 and sadly their dad has been incarcerated for two years. He was our provider and so much more, with that said we haven’t been able to create any big memories YET. We LOVE our movie nights and snacks as well as days at the park, and we cannot miss a pool day when the sun is out!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would utilize this money to get my babies some new clothes and shoes and also pay a few bills. These funds would also be invested in “Mama Bourt’s Kitchen!” My small business that I’ve had to place on hold, I would love to start cooking for my community again and get my own food truck but unfortunately with the trials I’ve had to overcome and continue to work through that has been on hold.
