What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Watching them use, the things I teach them. Each milestone of success, makes me cry tears of Joy. The moments when I don’t believe there listening and then, they say or do something that shows they were the whole time. My biggest gift in life is and always will be my girls. I can not wait to see the successful women they become.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

This memory, isn’t exactly the happiest, however it made a huge impact on me as a mother, a couple years ago, I had to tell my oldest daughter she lost her father, hardest thing I ever had to do. When I saw she wasn’t grieving the way I expected, I asked her if there was something I could do to help her? Anything. We can go yell scream. Break things. Her reply was “ I have to succeed, and make him proud of me”. Since then she’s had straight A’s. Excepted into Jr honor Society, works two jobs.

What would you do with $20,000?

First I would take my girls on a weekend get away. It’s well over due and much deserved on their end. Then I would take the remaining and put it in a college fund for the both of them. Or help them with their cars. Life doesn’t make things easy for sure. But I will always be there mom. And always in there corner.
