I became a mom at 19, earned my bachelor's & master's, recently bought a home and am an educator.

The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching my daughter learn and grow, making connections through our life experiences and lessons at home. Seeing her curiosity, kindness, and generosity shine as she welcomes and embraces others fills my heart with pride. Every moment—big or small—reminds me of the incredible journey of motherhood. Watching her discover the world, develop compassion, and become her own person is the greatest joy and privilege of my life.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?I will never forget growing up alongside my daughter, experiencing life’s journey together since I had her at a young age. Her firsts—first steps, first words, first day of school—were just as much milestones for me as they were for her. We faced challenges together, especially when I was a single mother, but every obstacle made us stronger. Through love, resilience, and determination, we built a beautiful life, and I cherish every moment we’ve shared on this incredible journey.
What would you do with $20,000?I would first save for my daughter’s future to ensure she has opportunities to grow and succeed. I would also take her on a memorable vacation, creating special experiences and lifelong memories together. Lastly, I would invest in our new home, purchasing essential items to make it a comfortable and welcoming space for us. This would help provide stability, joy, and a bright future for both of us.
