The most rewarding part is knowing that even when I’m feeling down all it takes is one word, one look, one touch from either one them and everything else could disappear. If I leave ever part from them I want them to know how special they truly are to me. I thank God that he chose me to be their mother. They’ve shown me how to be patient, how to appreciate small things, not to take things for granite, and lastly to always believe in myself.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?It may not mean much to anyone else. The day that we were finally able to go on vacation. I’ve been a mother since the age of 19 and now 31 I was never able to take them in a proper vacation until last year. They are the most deserving kids I know, they appreciate everything and being able to provide them with the luxury of just a vacation was the most precious thing.
What would you do with $20,000?With 20,000 I would invest in children take 5,000 each and sit down with a business coach and have them invest in a plan. Give money back to the women’s shelter that I stayed in as a young teen mom. Then lastly not go another 10 years without a vacation with my two children.
