We would like to thank you for supporting Charmara Mahan-Ratliff in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.

What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is being able to watch my son grow and become a young man. Being able to participate in his life at all of his activities. Been able to be here for him through the good and the bad and encourage him even when he’s feeling down. Just being RaShawn‘s mom!

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

The memory of RaShawn that I won’t forget is the day that I held him in my arms. The doctor said he wasn’t going to make it. I laid on my head for six months in the bed at the hospital on anti-partum. They said I couldn’t have kids and yet he’s my miracle!

What would you do with $20,000?

I would take the $20,000 and pay off some credit card debt. And I would take us on a nice cruise as a family.
