Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is watching as your kids grow and learn; developing into loving and kind beings and getting to learn from them and see things from a new perspective.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

There's not one standout memory that comes to mind but more of all of the special moments where they show eachother love as siblings. My 3 year old son hearing his little sister cry and running to the pantry to grab her a snack, my 6 year old comforting her little brother and following the same steps to handle a "boo boo" as I did for her. All of the little moments of love between them are so special.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use the $20,000 to ensure that our bills are paid after my husband passes away. He's in year 2 of his ALS diagnosis and as often happens when young and diagnosed with a terminal illness did not plan ahead financial so we are both doing everything we can to ensure our kids don't suffer additional loss (car, home, pets, etc) and can focus on healing and spending time together as a family.
