My super power is raising truly amazing kids while earning my doctorate, working multiple jobs, and starting a business as a single mom!
We would like to thank you for supporting Cassie Cardoza in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Honestly, healing my inner child while I parent my children with the unconditional love and support that I never received has been extremely rewarding. I also feel like the best compliment l consistently receive as an adult is how amazing my children are and what a great mom I am! I especially love it when my children tell me it!
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? My favorite memory with my kids is when we drove on a cross country road trip just the three of us to visit the Grand Canyon. We explored new towns like Roswell, discovered hidden gems like Jesse James caverns, and enjoyed lots of laughs. It was special because, after years of balancing school and multiple jobs, I finally had uninterrupted family time with them and we got to see the Grand Canyon together. The trip is a nice reminder of how important making memories with my kids is to me.
What would you do with $20,000?I could use the money to take another family trip and pay off some debts but I think I would use the majority to grow my business which empowers other moms through my work as a therapist and life coach. My goal is to find a larger space to expand my services, including support groups for moms, so they have a safe and uplifting community. This would allow me to help more woman navigate motherhood, mental health, and personal growth while creating a lasting impact.
