Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is to see that your effort and dedication to educating your children bear fruit. As my little ones grow and show the attributes of sharing their snacks, caring for others especially when they see one crying or feeling down, or even taking on new challenges that are out of their comfort zones; it lets me know they are moving in the right direction to being innovators and leaders this world so desperately needs.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

The moment I will never forget would be when my daughter was born. The first time seeing her was special. She was so calm with her own inner peace. She displayed nothing but love in her eyes and actions that created an abundance of compassion and empathy in my heart and desire to protect and love. Pain. What pain. I truly know what mothers before me mean now, when they say the pain goes away the moment they are born. A beautiful expereince that; The Awesome Amazing God Almighty gives us.

What would you do with $20,000?

I'm a mom not only to my 3 yr old and soon to be coming, but also to the young ladies of my nonprofit. The nonprofit is where I assist 13-18 year olds at risk of going to juvenile detention or just coming out on probation to become real estate investors with rental income, knowledge on working a balance sheet, making goals, proper personal/business etiquette, self worth (not just thinking they are a body for another's use), and much more. The monies would be for the nonprofit to help more girls.
