What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Being Self employed at home and having my babies with me all day can be stressful sometimes but at the end of the night tucking them in bed with the long day we had is my peace.Knowing they are healthy and safe gives me that push and reward that warms my heart .Even when life decides to give me lemons and I may feel down as a mom as soon as my children come in the room , I take a deep breath and get right back into mommy mode and make it happen. Being able to show them love and see those smiles.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

There are so many.As a mom you are always amazed of things your children do or say. My son is 5 and in school so he has homework now his sister has learned how to walk and get into his stuff now.He was doing his home work and she grabbed his crayon and instead of getting mad he picked her up to his desk and said”come on sissy let’s learn to count together “ and I got all teary eyed and just knew my babies would grow to have each other's back . It felt good to know I’m doing something right.

What would you do with $20,000?

I’m self employed right now doing hair at home. Sometimes business is slow and it gets hard. I am taking classes for child care. I want to open my own daycare at my home. The $20,000 would be such a big help to get my materials for my daycare.Thing like toys , a playground set , curricular materials ,safety materials and my yard more decent for the children.I want a long term career so my children can have more opportunities as they get older. We make what we have enough but wish I could do more.
