I’m a single mom to a 16 YO and a 6 month old! 100% on my own physically, emotionally and financially! I’m a full time police officer too!
We would like to thank you for supporting Brittany Turner in this year's Super Mom competition. Your participation allows us to aid Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in their commitment to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
Personally I feel it is watching your kids become good people. To see that you are creating good members of society who can be themselves while also being good people! I see that in my 16 YO. And I hope to also see it in my 6 month old son. Knowing that I am giving them everything I can and breaking generational trauma is rewarding to me by healing my inner child!
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget? The day my 6 month old son was born. I was giving birth alone, had to have a C-section, and the only one I wanted in the room with me was my 16 YO daughter. She was so honored to be in there with me and is the most amazing young woman - truly beyond her years! To see she was the first one to hold him and the way they instantly connected… nothing compares to the love that filled my entire heart that day.
What would you do with $20,000?Take half of it and put it in saving for my children. Take the other half and pay off debts so I can have more money in my account to be able to make ends meet for my children! I would try to leave atleast $1,000 in my account as a cushion for monthly bills.
