What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Knowing that the unavoidable stubbornness, meltdowns, and rebelliousness can only happen because of the complete trust they have in me. The bigger the meltdown, the safer they feel. If you ever worry about how good of a mom you are, this is undeniable proof that you are their everything.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

The first time I brought them all home. It was an 8 hour drive to my house, so we just did a movie night, then I put them all to bed. One by one throughout the night, they all came and climbed in bed with me. It was completely silent, except the sound of them all breathing. That silence spoke volumes.

What would you do with $20,000?

Pay for alot of the adoption costs. It has been a long, expensive process. Anything left would go towards their education & hobbies/interests.
