What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

Being able to give my kids the love and support I needed most as a child and seeing them flourish into kind individuals. Watching them grow, overcome challenges, and develop their own personalities fills me with joy. The little moments— their random “I love yous”, hugs, and excitement over simple things—make everything worth it. Knowing I’m creating a safe, loving space where they feel valued and supported is the most rewarding part of being a mom.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

Zoey and Oliver are so unique in their own ways. One memory I will never forget is when Zoey dressed Oliver up in a princess dress, complete with a tiara. At first, he seemed unsure, but then he smiled and started spinning around, enjoying the moment with her. It was such a sweet, funny sight. He’s growing up in a house full of girls—his mama and sister— and somehow, he always ends up right in the middle of our world!

What would you do with $20,000?

$20,000 would change our life. I’ve always made what we have work, but with more, I’d invest in my kids’ hobbies, like sports or art. I’d fix things around the house, making it more comfortable for us. I’d treat my kids to some things they’ve wanted and take care of necessities we’ve put off. But most of all, it would give us peace of mind, knowing we’d have a solid foundation to build from without worrying about the unexpected.
