What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The most rewarding part of being a mom is snuggling my little people and watching them grow into who they’re meant to be. I love seeing their minds blossom, their curiosity spark, and their personalities shine. Guiding them, cheering them on, and helping shape their values brings me so much joy. My greatest hope is that they grow into kind, confident people who contribute something positive to the world around them.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

After having my first child, I felt the need to get out and reconnect with myself. So I packed up my baby, strapped her to my chest, and hiked 6.4 miles to a beautiful lake. At the top, together we sat, taking in the view. In that moment, I felt recharged. I realized motherhood didn’t mean losing myself—it meant bringing my children along for the adventure. I could still do anything, and now I had a new little partner to share it with.

What would you do with $20,000?

With $20,000, I would consider pursuing my long-time goal of graduate school. It’s something I’ve always dreamed of. This would push me to invest in this.
