I think the most rewarding part about being a mom are those moments when your child/ren lets you know indirectly that you’re doing a great job. My daughter is very witty and sometimes sassy and from the outside people are shocked that she is so vocal but I created a safe environment for her to speak freely and honestly. My baby has a voice because I made it safe for her to be heard.

I love love love when my baby is genuinely happy to see me. It’s an immediate pick me up. Even now that’s she’s older, when she gets out of school I am always there waiting & the excitement on her face as she runs to me feels my heart.

I would first get caught up on bills. Afterwards I would use some towards a vehicle. I am saving up for a car now and it’s been challenging keeping and finding work. Anything left over would go to school shopping and preparing for the next school year for my daughter.
