Connect What is the most rewarding part of being a mom?

The bond you share with your child is indescribable. Nothing like it exists. Your baby thinking you’re the funniest and most beautiful person ever, even on really hard days. The way he looks at me melts my heart and you forget everything about those hard days. Seeing them grow and hitting different milestones everyday. Seeing the differences and similarities that you, your partner, and baby share is also really really special.

What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?

I will never forget the birth of my child and how special that was for my little family. My partner being there with me and cheering me on every step of the way. That was my first memory of us being a team of 3 together. Everyone was working mama, dada, and little baby Romey. Being in pain and that pain going away as soon as they threw him in my arms (literally threw him lol). That moment is truly so so so special.

What would you do with $20,000?

We just bought a house and it needs ALOT of work. Everything is outdated. This month alone our water heater needed to be replaced, so we didn’t have warm water for a bit. Then our water wasn’t draining, so they had to clean out our pipes because there were roots in them. Next thing, we found out we had a carbon monoxide leak, so we had to get our furnace replaced as well. Just normal life/ house things and put some in savings. Maybe get ahead of bills since it feels like we are falling behind.
