Watching generational chains break through my children. I grew up around substance abuse, in poverty, and with holes in my school shoes from the year before. Seeing my children have everything they could ever want and more is so healing. I am where it stops, they are how the new beginning starts.
What is one memory of your kids that you will never forget?My children are still quite little. I have two boys under two right now! But, as a stay at home mom I get to soak in all the moments. Before my youngest was born I would have to say my favorite memory was seeing my oldest meeting Mickey Mouse at Disney World! He was amazed. Now, that my youngest is here, my favorite memory is the day that my oldest realized he will always have a best friend in his little brother. He is obsessed with “his baby”!
What would you do with $20,000?20,000 dollars is a dream. It’s the starter on college funds, a reliable family car, or even a down payment on a house! My family and I would use the $20,000 to start a house fund. We have a dream of finding or building our dream home where the boys can grow up and we can grow old. $20,000 would be our light at the end of the tunnel.
